Course: Senior Portfolio

Description: First course of a three-course series in the last year of BFA Photography Program. Initiation of a cohesive body of fine art photographs in preparation for senior photography exhibition. Students will develop self-directed, photo-based projects with a clear and coherent theme demonstrating their knowledge of both historical and contemporary fine art photography. Students will actively experiment with various photo techniques to creatively accomplish each project. Concepts and theory are explored through readings, videos, discussions, lectures, writing assignments, critiques, and presentations.
